Chris Gadd (formerly DJ Goofy) has been building his presence in the DJ industry since he was just 6 years old. 2013 proves to be a milestone for Chris' DJing career; winning 3 competitions and bagging a weekend of performances at BPM I PRO - the UK's biggest DJ & Sound/Lighting event at the Birmingham NEC. This led to the biggest highlight of Chris' career so far playing alongside the legendary Danny Howard, Marvin Humes and many more during Sure Run To The Beat at Wembley Park, London in September 2015. Now 18, BRIT School graduate Chris is proving to have a promising future career as his opportunities begin to get bigger and better. 12 years on and Chris now DJs to a much larger client base including frequent appearances for Nightclubs, Birthdays, Weddings and other parties (including those for Crystal Palace Football Club, John Lewis and other corporate clients). Chris has gained some fantastic opportunities in the live events industry - having worked behind the scenes at events for Diesel and even the BRIT Awards 2017!
Drawing influence from the likes of John Mayer, Pharrell Williams, D'Angelo and Childish Gambino FØNX delivers RnB-infused pop with jazz, funk and soul influences, merging catchy grooves, memorable hooks and intricate guitar licks with inspired lyrical content. Coming from a musical background FØNX started learning guitar at the age of seven and was soon introduced to rap and hip hop, sparking his enthusiasm to start writing lyrics and create backing tracks from samples. FØNX has recently been in the studio working with Grammy Award-Winning Producer Tommaso Colliva (Muse, Franz Ferdinand, Dalmon Albarn) and during the summer released his new single Can't Get Enough on Honey Motive Records via Absolute which reached no.10 in the Main Club Charts with a club remix by VARGENTA. Now back in the studio working with Producer Hugh Worskett (Will Joseph Cook, Rae Morris, Leo Standard) on new music, 2018 is shaping up to be an exciting year for this upcoming artist. Master Lee Shing was born in 1923 in Hoxan in Southern China. Lee Shing moved to Hong Kong where he met and became friends with two Wing Chun experts, Lok Yiu and Jiu Wan. They were two of the four leading practitioners of Wing Chun in Hong Kong who became known in Wing Chun circles as the “Four Kings of Wing Chun”. The other two were Leung Sheung and Tsui Shan Tin. It was not long before an exchange of styles took place between Lee Shing, Lok Yiu and later Jiu Wan. He was the European and UK president of the Yip Man Martial Arts Association, and founder of the International Lee Shing Wing Chun Martial Arts Association. Potluck is a jazz and blues fusion band based in London. It consists of a drummer, a keyboardist, a bassist and a guitarist/vocals, and is well-versed in jazz, blues and pop music performance. Potluck’s performed publicly on numerous occasions, most notably on the Chinese New Year 2018 Celebration at Trafalgar Square to a crowd of more than 30,000 and on London Jenova Festival 2017 at Scala at Kings Cross. Potluck’s trademark is adding their own improvisation spins on music both popular with today’s crowds as well as jazz and blues standards. Christopher Soelistyo the drummer and Luke Lanskey the keyboardist both have more than 8 years of experience performing jazz, and are at the highest level of proficiency among other musicians of the same age. Zirui Xu the bassist builds his portfolio on performing complex Brit-pop music and Mark Wang the singer/guitarist has a unique mellow voice that is appealing and distinguishes his performance from the majority of singers today.
